You can choose to give by bank transfer or cheque. Zakat given through NZF helps local Muslims by giving them food, clothing, a roof over their heads, skills for work, and education to help upcoming Muslim religious leaders and other community champions reach their potential.
If you are giving by Bank transfer or Cheque, please also fill in the donation form.
Tell us where you would like your Zakat to go, whether to claim gift aid on your donation and how we can get in touch with you to thank you. Then email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you can’t fill in the donation form for any reason or prefer not to fill it in, it would be very helpful if you could please email us at email@example.com to let us know your name, donation method (bank transfer or cheque), donation type (for example: Zakat or Sadaqah), donation date, donation amount and -if paying by bank transfer- bank reference.
Please make all cheques payable to: National Zakat Foundation
41 Fieldgate Street
NZF will get your Zakat to where you tell us where you would like your Zakat to go. If you don’t tell us, we will get your Zakat to where it is most needed right here in the UK. Right now, this means that of every £1 which goes directly to people in need, 70p will go to help those in need of the Hardship Fund, 20p to those in need of the Housing & Work Fund, and 10p to those in need of the Education Fund.
We use up to 10% of your Zakat to cover the costs of getting it directly to those in need. You can choose to make your Zakat 100% by letting us know on the donation form.
Every £1 of Sadaqah or Riba you give can help us raise over £5 of Zakat to reach even more Muslims in need across the country.
