- Yes you can change the amount you give. Get in touch here and let us know your name, address, the new amount you would like to give and when you want start giving this new amount. It’ll be quicker if you include your reference number too – you’ll find that on the emails from our Direct Debit partner, GoCardless.
- You can cancel your Direct Debit at any time through your bank. If you let us know you’ve done that, we’ll be able to get in touch more quickly with you to confirm. Get in touch here to let us know your name, address, your reference number if you know it, and when you have asked for the Direct Debit to stop.
