Zakat Expert

CRM Manager

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
Location: Hybrid
Term: Permanent, Full Time

Ready to use your Dynamics expertise to bring Zakat to life for thousands of givers?

The post-holder will be NZF’s in-house CRM specialist and the main owner of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Governance, you will make sure the platform meets the needs of givers, applicants, partners and teams across the organisation.

Your main responsibilities will include running discovery with teams to understand how they work, spotting gaps and opportunities, and turning these into practical CRM solutions. This is a hands-on role: you will configure Dynamics directly, including forms, fields, views, workflows, automations and customer journeys, and you will write clear requirements for external suppliers when more specialist development is needed. You will keep a prioritised CRM backlog, plan and communicate releases, and look after data quality, user access and good governance. You will work closely with Finance, Marketing, Giver Services, Operations, Programmes and Technology. During Ramadan and other peak fundraising periods, your focus will move to supporting the Marketing team with campaigns and giver engagement.

To succeed in this role, you will have strong experience managing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a live environment, and you will be confident turning business needs into simple, sustainable solutions. You will be proactive and happy to take ownership, with excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills. You will be able to challenge requirements constructively, explain technical ideas clearly to colleagues without a technical background, and build strong relationships across teams. Experience with automated customer journeys, Customer Insights, Power Platform or Power BI, or supporting fundraising and marketing teams, would be a real advantage. Above all, you will share our commitment to NZF’s mission and values.
