NZF teams up with Nujum Sports to help Muslim footballers have an amazing Ramadan

72 football clubs have signed up to the exciting new initiative, which aims to help clubs celebrate and better support their Muslim players throughout Ramadan ‘21

This Ramadan, NZF has become part of British footballing history by becoming the official partner of Nujum Sports’ exciting new initiative: bringing together 72 clubs from up and down the country to celebrate and recognise the Muslim footballers who play in the various football leagues up and down the country.

The initiative has seen over 200 players nationwide sign up to receive bespoke Ramadan gift pack containing items such as perfume, premium dates and honey to break their fast with; as well as important information for clubs to help them better understand the needs of their players during the blessed month.

Zakat is commonly given in Ramadan, and as the UK’s only dedicated platform focusing on the third pillar, every single day, we know the details matter. As official partners we’re making our Zakat experts available to all the footballers involved to provide 1-2-1 personal calculation support and advice at a time that suits them.
