Salary: Manager Level 2: £30,000 – £35,000 Location: Remote (travel required – nationwide) Term: Fixed Term for 24 months (with a view to go permanent)
NZF is seeking a passionate and experienced Community Zakat Development Manager to help grow and strengthen our national network of Community Zakat Partners (CZPs).
This is a pivotal role at the heart of NZF’s mission to build a structured, localised Zakat system across the UK. You will lead on developing and managing relationships with community-based organisations, mosques and charities that deliver Zakat locally – ensuring partnerships are effective, compliant, and aligned with NZF’s values of integrity, transparency and compassion.
We’re looking for someone with strong partnership management experience, excellent stakeholder skills, and a commitment to strengthening Muslim communities through Zakat. You will oversee onboarding, governance and performance monitoring, while taking a supportive and developmental approach to partner relationships.
If you have at least three years’ experience in partnership or stakeholder management, experience in the charity or community sector, and the confidence to represent NZF nationally, we would love to hear from you.
