Now, more than ever, effective practical and spiritual leadership is needed in our community.
Yet many Imams lack the training and education they need to fully reach their potential and do more for the Muslims they serve. Funding is hard to come by, and few Imams have the money to pay for their own further education.

NZF’s Education Fund is using Zakat to help Imams who can’t afford to get the education and training they need to upskill and better serve their community.
Who can get help? Serving Imams who want to study an accredited course and can’t afford the fees.

We’re particularly interested in hearing from Imams looking to upskill in the following areas:
- Leadership Skills
- Teaching
- Public Speaking
- Youth Work
- Life Skills/Coaching/Counselling
- Community Capacity Building
